The refills do not work! The ink does not flow- they scratch the paper and leave no trace of ink. This is, unfortunately, a totally failed product. I wanted to buy refills to re-use my pens and avoid plastic waste. Now I have all these refills (housed in plastic tubes) that do not work and will have to be thrown away. Very frustrating.
