This is a great price for the Umbrella, stores easy and easy to use. Using it in the built-in umbrella cores around my pool, the dimensions of the pole for this product fit into the cores and will work well to provide shade around the pool. I would recommend to friends and would buy again.

Looks good sets up easy but good luck keeping it upright. Unless you can bolt it down nothing will hold it in place. I drilled a hole at the end of my picnic table put the Main upright through the hole and made brackets to bolt the base to the legs of the table . So far it works .

Rather than replace the missing parts they offered a $10 refund and suggested I go to Home Depot. After battling with them I finally gave up and accepted an offer of $20 and managed to mickey mouse it together... metric bolts were required and there was a bolt that was supposed to have a knob.....so now I have to use a wrench to adjust height or store. Nice umbrella of decent quality.......customer service?......not so great.

Great product but almost unusable without weight on the base. I found the most economical solution was to just buy some sandbags for $2 per 40 pounds and lay them on the cross supports. Worked great! If you want something more elegant, I think you could build a 2x4 wood frame around the base, lay down a sheet of plastic or clothe and fill up the area with loose sand, then cover with a piece of plywood. We went with the sandbags so that it would be easier to move. I love the umbrella. It's built better than one we paid 3 times the cost.

It came very quickly and all there was to assemble was the base. Very good quality and big enough to cover my hot tub. I ended up mounting it to my side railing and not using the base as a strap holds it nice and secure to the railing. Just lift a little, pivot, and got cover from the rain. Very nice neutral color just need to order a cover for it from the sun and snow. I recommend this product and company!
