The book does it´s job, gives a good base to the ones interested in profits with long term investments at wall street and knowing how the market behaves, but the concepts can be generalized to other market with some effort. A little care must be taken as the text was written some time ago, and the way things work has somewhat changed since then, like the introduction of trading via the internet and reduction in commission values, culminating with the increase in casual traders and daytrading activity. In my case, I´m not investing inside the USA, so a great deal of information inside the book loses a little sense, but still can be translated to my country's reality.
