These are noticeably more permanent than regular sharpies, even on certain plastics (silicone and such) that don't take ink very well, these stand up better. Fine point at first, but once the tip wears down a little bit they are quite bold. I choose these over regular sharpies every time!

I use fine point markers to mark eggs I am hatching want to sue as little ink as possible so fine point works better for me and black bright numbers.

It's a Sharpie. When you need a Sharpie ... you BUY a Sharpie! Who on god's green earth says, "Pass me a felt tip pen?" No. It's, "Pass me that Sharpie!" LOL

I'm using these industrial markers and they seem to write better than the ones I usually get at Walmart when the surface is a little dirty.

It is very fine point, not what I was looking for. The dual, fine point/chisel point marker's fine point must be a medium point, which is what I'm looking for. But the marker I'm reviewing is probably a good marker in it's own right.
