Like most women I am picky about my purses and I have several, depending on the occasion. But I want a go-to purse for daily use that I can park by the front door and can grab as I leave the house. I also have medical difficulties that prevent using a shoulder/cross body strap. In the past I have had to alter the shoulder strap to a shorter, hand bag length. But this bag is perfect, as is! The strap is short enough the hand hold, slip onto my forearm or, on very good days, slide onto a shoulder and tuck the bag between body and arm. The Travelon is quality materials and quality made, with tight seams, sturdy zippers and good lining that fits well. All hardware is attached for heavy use without any loose or hanging threads. The material is supposed to be RFID protection (I have no way of testing), is smooth and a firm weave and I accidentally discovered is water repellent. The convenient, heavy duty, sewn on D rings provided for the removable shoulder strap I use to clip on my key ring because keys have a way of travelling to the bottom of any bag and I hate digging for them! The many zippered pockets provided are perfect for pens, phone, note pad, receipts, passport, etc. that I carry, leaving the main compartment open for wallet, inhaler, small sketchbook and various odds and ends. Sounds like this is an enormous bag, what with all of my stuff, doesn't it? But is is a sleek, medium, light purse that has been very well designed that can look casual or modern-dressy. I recommend this purse to anyone wanting quality at a very fair price!

My third Travelon
This is always the bag that I depend on in between my fancier ones. The side pockets are always the reason I buy a bag . I want to be able to get the cash out of my wallet without taking it out of the purse.These are nice, but the larger one could be an inch deeper, for me. I like the nylon for a summer bag.

Very nicely designed bag. I love that you can switch it to a crossbody, which makes it more versatile. I tend to use a small bag, so i actually purchased this to use as a shopper. The color is super versatile, neutral, but with a lux finish, the pics don't really capture how nice it is. The interior lining is a beautiful turquoise color, and makes me smile. As is often the case with travelon, there are ample pockets and everything organizes really easily.Very nicely designed bag.
