I am a Yoga teacher and I love getting ideas for restorative poses from this book. Iyengar is the master of prop usage, and none of them go unused here, blocks, bolsters, tables, chairs, you name it. Also, I enjoy the 360 degree view pictures of the postures where he gives some of the inner workings in text. The only disapointment was that the number of asanas discussed is limited. I would recomend this book to anyone who is concerned with alignment in the pose as well as those who are visual learners.
It will be a great book to understand the true purpose of yoga along with easy to follow steps.
