I rarely can award 5 stars anymore. I learned to appreciate game British beauty Jane Seymour from the Edwardian era American West pioneer family TV series "Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman" with strong male lead Joe Lando and supporting actors Orson Bean, William Shockley, and Barbara Babcock. The boy actor in this family-viewing natural drama is remarkably good too; and the two-month old foal is as adorable as the close ups of wild horses are scenic, and the Special Features backstories are not to be missed either. Enjoy :)

If you're animal lover, you will absolutely love this film. It's a powerful testimonial to the healing power animals, in this case horses, can have in our lives. Starring one of my favorite actresses, Jane Seymour, the photography is stunningly beautiful. I've watched it several times already, and each time it touches me in a different, more transforming way. In my opinion, Touching Wild Horses is a great alternative to the typical "stuff" Hollywood serves up these days. It will inspire and uplift you. And it will make you realize life, even in its darkest moments, is truly and deeply beautiful.
This is an exciting movie and kept me interested. It has a great story line.
