Nicky Marshall started her business life in finance and trained as an accountant while raising her two daughters. Through her own health challenges Nicky became drawn into Holistic Therapy and Stress Management, studying Anatomy & Physiology, Reflexology and Reiki on a mission to assist people in improving their health. In 2010 when she suffered a stroke, Nicky had an opportunity: to walk her talk and to prove the value of a positive mind, a healthy body and a happy spirit. Her journey to recovery not only helped her life, she also had an idea for a new business. Discover Your Bounce Ltd provides programmes to improve health and happiness for individuals and companies. The company has a target: to create a community of 1 million positive, passionate people by 2020. Nicky has been published as a freelance author, is a regular blogger and has written two solo books, One Hundred Tips to Love Your Life and An Everyday Witch, both selling over 300 copies. Nicky has contributed to a further nine books and in August 2015 Nicky compiled a book working with 23 other authors called The Missing Piece in Bouncing Back. The book was number one hot new release on Amazon and made the top 100 in 3 categories, selling just under 1000 copies to date. Nicky is a regular speaker at local business and inspirational events and has been a guest on various podcasts and radio shows. Nicky has a strong profile on Social Media, having over 15000 followers on Twitter, 1300 page likes on Facebook and 1200 connections on LinkedIn.
