It's kind of like taking an herbal kitchen cupboard of anti-inflammatories without any serious side effects (which has got to be a lot better for you than ib profen type drugs with potential side effects when taken over an extended period of time. It's not a prescription medication but I can't take very many prescription medications and this product does ease pain and decrease inflammation.
