This machine is awesome and does exactly what it says it will do, when used properly. My favorite thing is that for only 20 minutes of relaxing shaking, I get the equivalent of a 90-minute walk!!! My weight hasn't been in the 150's in over 10 years; but I'm there now and LOVING IT!!! I just wish that more people knew about this little miracle, and the crazy thing is....no self-discipline involved! How hard is it to lie comfortably on the floor; prop your feet up, turn on the machine, select the time and speed of your choice and then let it do its magic. I'm sold.

Affordable but uncomfortable.
BAD-The position of the cradles for your ankles are too close together making it very uncomfortable. I have to rest my heel where your ankle should go. The cover that goes over the hard plastic doesn't offer much padding. If you drop or drop this machine it will break. That's why there are so many for resale with noted cracks. GOOD-The speeds and the timer are very good for finding the right settings to suite everyone.

This is a very good product although I will state that if you are a bigger person it might be a little small for you to keep your leg in one of the cushion parts you said it in. Other than that it works beautifully.
