Excellent must read
When an author has been through it all. What he writes has certain credibility to it. And being a professor in what he is writing about adds more credibility to it. The book has a different approach to healing than poor in chemicals to your body. Compelling content. Must read.

One cause of disease, cellular malfunction
This book confirmed what I have read in other books, we need to be responsible for our own health! The government, Doctors, insurance's will not cure, or make you well, only you can do that by improving on the six pathways to your health. I do disagree on one of his recommendations, distilled water, we need minerals in our water. His reasoning is sound however, which is to eliminate florid from our water. Please lets start lobbing to have it removed from our water! Th e bottom line is we are killing ourselves with bad diet, bad eniviroment, bad medicine etc. I look forward to reading more of Raymond Francis's books.

Really can heal arthritis, even if you only do 80% of it.
This information is very useful. Some of the content is difficult to maintain realistically ; mainly eliminating all environmental toxins. But this book healed my 55 year old friend's arthritis in his knees. He resumed running daily after following about 80% of this books recommendations.

Every one should read this book. There is so much good information about living a healthier life. Health is truly a personal choice in which sacrifices and life changes will be necessery.
