Says to cook meats, poultry and seafood to safe internal temperature but chart doesn't include this information. Some of the recipes provide the safe temperature to reach on meat thermometer.

    For the most part, I am able to get some good ideas from this book, but my air fryer is much bigger than the one used in the cookbook, and has racks and rotisserie. I would like to find a cookbook that speaks for the type of air fryer that I have.

    This book has clear cooking instructions and a variety of different dishes, but it doesn't have many pictures. However, it is better than the small booklet that came with the air fryer so I'm still glad I bought it.
