Best ever
I have been using this product for about 30 years, working in a paper mill where the environment is though you need a product that is going to do the job. We had tons of bolts and nuts that were hard to get out, we sprayed Aerokroil on the parts and let them soak for a while and those nuts will come off. This product is a little expensive but I guess you pay for what you get. Best product ever on rusted parts if you are planning to take them apart.I have been using this product for about 30 years, working in a paper mill where the environment is though you need a product that is going to do the job. Work in progress but doesn't look promising
I cannot recommend this product yet (if at all) since I've only had it about a week. However, it doesn't seem to be working for my particular application at this point. I have an aluminum dropper seat post stuck inside a carbon bike frame. The dropper post requires maintenance but needs to be removed in order to rebuild it. So far, I cannot get the seat to budge due to galvanic corrosion. Work in progress. If, at some point I'm able to remove the seat post from my bike's seat tube I'll reconsider my review.I cannot recommend this product yet (if at all) since I've only had it about a week. The right way to use penetrating fluids!.
While this is a good product for what it is intended to do and that is to make it's way deep into seized or rusted parts, the benefits of this product is the fact that it is in a spray can which makes it extremely convenient and the solvent that carries the lubricating oil is very effective but with all due respect you can make a great penetrating oil by blending 50% normal transmission fluid with a product such as octane booster, liquid diesel fuel stabilizer or cetane booster and basically any other very thin highly volatile liquid petroleum product. The key is to allow enough time for the liquid to penetrate and one of the best ways to do this is to pre-heat whatever it is that you are trying to break free before spraying or applying the product regardless if it is a spray or something ... While this is a good product for what it is intended to do and that is to make it's way deep into seized or rusted parts, the benefits of this product is the fact that it is in a spray can which makes it extremely convenient and the solvent that carries the lubricating oil is very effective but with all due respect you can make a great penetrating oil by blending 50% normal transmission fluid with a product such as octane booster, liquid diesel fuel stabilizer or cetane booster and basically any other very thin highly volatile liquid petroleum product. The key is to allow enough time for the liquid to penetrate and one of the best ways to do this is to pre-heat whatever it is that you are trying to break free before spraying or applying the product regardless if it is a spray or something that you blended up yourself, if it is on a engine run the engine if possible until hot or warm then spray or apply and as the metal components cool they draw the lubricant into the locked portion of threads or whatever is seized and the whole idea is to get the lubricant thoroughly into these tight spaces, sometimes it takes many applications and cycles of heating and cooling especially if it is in deep threaded bolts where surface spraying or application will only get to the head of the bolt and not down into the threaded portion where the real binding is occurring. If possible make a puddle of penetrating fluid around the head of the bolt after it is hot then allow to cool over night since this method is sure to get more oil down deeper further where it needs to be the most. It is not rocket science just common sense.

The best creeping pentrating oil in the world
I own a small mobile auto repair business in the Northeast. Thanks to the weather and salt, rust is the common enemy. I thought spending this much on a penetrating oil was crazy until I needed it, It's worth every penny and then some. I recently broke a spark plug in a 2000 Ford Taurus that had original plugs. The hex broke off leaving half of the plug in the head. I sprayed Kroil on what was left, waited about 20 minutes after spending a 1/2 hour before trying to get it free.
