I was using the Now Foods Liquid Multi Soft Gels and they are great too, but these!?! The first time I took them I actually felt an energy boost. Almost too much of one, but by the 3rd day, I felt great!!! I will be sticking to these so long as they keep making them exactly the same. The only downside to me is that they dont have iron in them. As a female we need iron during certain times of the month, so I have to add a supplement for that.
