Usually I'm not a big fan of supplements claiming medical effects similar to actual medication, but I thought "what the hell" and tried this. The thing is that this actually works! It doesn't act like "regular" sedatives though: I haven't noticed any numbing of senses or anything like that. It isn't acting exactly fast either: it takes about an hour for it to kick in. Afterwards it just makes one more tired and more willing to sleep, even if you weren't sleepy before.
