I have a fairly large high frequency hearing loss with tinnitus in both ears. After a little research on line I found this product had helped some people reduce the ringing noises associated with hearing loss, so I gave it a try. I took 2 pills 3 times a day with meals for two weeks, the ringing was much reduced and the annoying beeping sound were nearly completely gone.I then switched to 1 pill 3 times a day with meals and it has worked well ever since. That was about 5 or 6 years ago. Even though it is a little pricey, the reduced beeping and ringing is well worth the money.

My father in law has been using this product for over 3 1/2 yrs and won't use any other brand to reduce the ringing in his ears which caused him 24% or more hearing loss. And I don't have to yell anymore when conversing with him

I’ve been using this for ten years now. I take 4 pills per day (2 morning and 2 lunch). Taking any more than that doesn’t seem to make much more difference. Helps with reducing ear noise and helps with clearing the plugged feeling. When I’ve run out, I’ve noticed a difference. Nothing has totally eliminated the symptoms, but this has helped in combination with a diuretic, exercise, and moderation with foods. And who knew eliminating milk from my diet would help get rid of the vertigo? My ENT didn’t. Recommend this for anyone suffering with ear issues, at least give it a try.

I took 6 a day for nearly 8 weeks before I saw any lasting improvement, but by week 12 or so (at 6 per day) I had an 80% reduction in the ringing and it's now at a level I can easily tolerate and it often goes away entirely for several hours at a time. However, if I go down to 3 a day, it starts coming back, so I take 4-5 a day and I'm GOOOOD..... TRY THIS STUFF... it takes a while, and it's expensive, but it's worth every penny to me. My story?... too many rock concerts in the 80's... Journey blew out my left ear at an indoor concert in 1984 and it just never fully recovered, then in 1999, after an indoor Lynyrd Skynyrd concert, the tinnitus started up (left ear only). I was living with it, it wasn't too bad, but in September, 2021, I ran some very loud heavy equipment for 10 hours and just never thought about ear protection. That night, my tinnitus increased at least 500% (no exaggeration) and it would not go away or reduce AT ALL! It literally drove me to drink and I really understood why people kill themselves because of this. TRY IT!Read full review

It’s a good product for treating tinnitus , not a cure . I’ve used it for about seven years and it turns down the volume of the ringing in my left ear , which was damaged by gunfire. I’ve tried other products but this is the only one that has ever helped in the slightest . I take two in the morning and one in the afternoon . Anymore than that doesn’t help more . Yes , I recommend for anyone seeking relief from tinnitus
