It seems to be a sturdy scale (or at least sturdier than the one it replaced) and as accurate as specified. With my prior scale you could affect the reading depending on how you stood on it. It doesn't appear to be the case with this one. Syncing the scale with the app was easy. Just be aware that when the directions tell you that to connect to your WiFi that your network name and password are case sensitive, they mean it. Syncing it to my Fitbit app was easy as well. It takes a few moments for the reading to transfer over but they are there, and given how much less expensive this scale is than the Fitbit Aria, I think it is worth the wait. What else to say? For anyone interested in Fitness tracking I think that it is a great purchase. The scale I had before would take BMI measurements, body fat %, etc. but it was not a smart scale and I didn't bother to log them. With this scale though it is easy. With the app it does all the work for me!Read full review

My dad has copd and chf .. I need to monitor his weight so he gets on the scale every day at his house and I get a notification and his weight, body fat, MMass, and water percentage.. I don't have to worry about him gaining 4 to 5 pounds and getting CHF .. congestive heart failure... and if I see a weight big weight gain because he ate food on the don't eat list lol. I can double up on his lasics for a day or 2 and keep him out of the hospital thank you so much !!!! And the large scale lets him clearly see what he weighs also !!
