The maple donut and cinnamon roll varieties are the only ones I like—the others didn’t pass the flavor test. Some days I don’t have energy for going down & back to the kitchen, but need protein. Grab a bar from my bedside cabinet. Some days I have to scramble out the door, next meal unknown. Grab a bar. Some days I’m out without a meal for longer than is wise.
