I am a regular cola drinker but I’m looking to lower my consumption for health reasons but I don’t want to relinquish by caffeine habit because it helps me remain focused at my occupation. Each 100 mg tablet is about equal to one cup of strong coffee or 4 355 ml colas. It will keep you awake without the sugar crash and without jitters. Each tablet lasts about 4 hours. It does have a slight diuretic effect. If you are a regular coffee drinker you may want to go for the more common extra strength 200 mg tablets but that is too much for me.

This is a good product that I have used for a long time. The pleasantly retro box has graced the shelves of the Family Dollar stores for many years, but only in 30 tab size, so it may be useful to take advantage of the 120 size when available.
