They only thing that works for me.
I bought this for the first time 7 years ago and have it as my go-to soft go treatment.. its so gentle and fast for a person who has issues with a full bowl movement.. i find it cleans me out in about 5 minutes. Gentle and easy to take. One pill and all is well. I have taken them for years now. No side effects.. No running.. just easy to go . Thanks Natures Secret.

Super Cleanse
This new Product I tried turned out to be very helpful with an excellent cleanse. I usually use Psyllium husks, brown rice and Arabinogalactan powder. It tough to take all three containers for vacation and Super Cleanse turned out to be a convenient substitute. I've also added to my regular regime. The added nutrition of vitamins and herbal supplement is a tremendous added bonus!

Follow the directions, drink plenty of water, and I personally spend the first few days without eating, and gain physical freedom from a host of body hindering conditions and diseases.
