My eye doctor suggested these omegas for my eye dryness but I was hesitant because of the price at their office. I've tried others omegas and wasn't get much results after a year so I finally broke down and tried the PRN brand. Although I hate to admit it, it did help my eyes just a little upon returning to my eye doctor and that was with me not even taking it as suggested, I was using once a day instead of the suggested 4 a day to make it last longer. I would love to keep using when I see the price come down again.

My eye doctor recommended this for my dry eye. I’ve only been taking it about 3 or 4 weeks. The dosage is 4 gels a day. I have been able to take all 4 at the same time with no stomach issues and no after taste.

Not sure if it works, but mom's doctor suggested using it for her dry eyes. I have found it for less, but the recent cost has gone up.
