We really enjoy taking the Caltrate chewable calcium formulation, as the tablets & capsules are hard on the stomach and we really did not see any results. We take this with our daily meals and our calcium levels have improved. For better absorption (calcium is one of the hardest nutrients to absorb), we take a 4 or 5 oz glass of milk as part of the meal. I take 1 tablet daily and my husband who is older, takes 2. We both love the fruit flavors!
