I find this product helps relax my leg muscles enough that I generally get a good night's sleep after taking only two tablets. I experience occasional leg muscle spasms,but nowhere near what I was experiencing before I started taking Hyland's Leg Cramps PM. When I do experience spasms,I take two more tablets and more often than not the spasms subside. I recommend this product as a hopeful remedy,worth trying. User might need to use for several days or a week or there about before any noticeable relief,as it is a homeopathic medicinal and its effectiveness will vary person to person.

Unfortunately, the product was just not strong enough for me. My nocturnal leg cramps were so severe, I had to have a pain specialist prescribe 2 different medications for me (which have helped, along with gabapentin), and I may still have to have an MRI to see if anything has happened which could have caused the sudden, excruciating leg cramps. These pills may help others with leg cramps that are not as severe as mine.

Hyland’s Leg Cramps help tremendously with leg and foot cramps. Help also with hands and fingers cramping and spasming. As soon as a cramp starts I take 3 little pills under my tongue (no taste and dissolve quickly) and within 2-5minutes the cramps are totally gone.
