The product appears to blend very well into juice, but floats around in my almond milk. There is a bit of a grain taste to it, but nothing I can't handle. The list of ingredients is impressive and appears high quality so may consider it to be of good value. I am currently using it as one meal replacement per day. I have been using the produce for only a week and a half, so haven't noticed any difference in my energy level. I am also watching for any change in my nails, hair and skin quality. I decided to have my 89 year old mother try it to see what it might do for her soft finger nails and skin quality. So thankful to find a product that is VEGAN.

I use this product daily because it is high quality, sprouted, raw, & organic. The vanilla is better than plain, I find. It doesn't dissolve completely so best in more liquid or in a smoothie. In juice or water will settle to the bottom so shake well before drinking. 0ften overpriced, lowest price I've paid is about $24.

I just finished the container. Healthy and tasty!!
I like this product. I started with the chocolate flavor first, then tried vanilla. I mix it with 2% or fat free milk and a spoon. A blender or shaker bottle may be quicker, but a spoon works. I use 1 - 1 1/2 scoops per 16 ounces if milk. Vanilla mixes easier than the chocolate and is a little smoother but that is only because the vanilla has half the fiber as the chocolate. That's not to knock the chocolate, I'm going to get chocolate again next. But, for the chocolate I may switch to a blender. The product is a bit gritty, but that's the fiber, not a defect. And if you are looking at this, you must want a raw, natural, healthy, product that is full of nutrients, which this is. It's a great high % source of fiber and protein which are sometimes hard get enough of on a daily basis. The nutritionist at my job recommended this and drinks it as part of her diet too. Does it taste like a Wendy's milkshake? Heck, no. But its pretty tasty and filling. I generally don't get hungary for breakfast, but for some reason this is something I find appealing to drink early in the day to get my metabolism going.Read full review

The BEST ORGANIC PROTIEN POWDER out there !
I have an 86 yr old Dad that I am taking care of & getting him to eat something good for him regularly besides an egg in the morning was getting to be a chore until I found this protein powder, he now can fix his morning drink by himself & he LOVES THIS! It's a great tasting powder, can be used with juice or milk or almond milk. I get both this & the Garden Of Life chocolate/greens powder so he can change around a bit & I know he's getting alot of nutrition for little effort on his part because he likes to use it. Thank you Garden Of Life for making these organic tasty meal products....:-}

The best high protein organic shake I have ever tried, I like the way that it is easily mixed and can mix vanilla with cocoa and fruits to make many different taste. I look forward to this every day. It is a great value too.
