Yes, I lost a few pounds in the first 5 days but I think it is because of the super low calorie diet along with a lot of water that makes you lose. I had to stop doing the diet as it made me feel like I had no energy at all and I was close to nausea by the 5th day. It took me a few more days to get back to feeling normal again. I guess it works for some people but those must be of a different 'makeup' than me. I will stick to other diets like the Keto Diet where you can actually eat more satisfying foods.
