This is my second bottle. I started putting it on my lower leg for a while, then I went to just my feet. The results were about the same. It has helped with the RLS, but does not entirely eliminate. I think it depends on what I did during the day. I do alternate it with other therapies. Any relief is better than none.

The restless leg cream is out standing. Took a little time for it to work, but by the second night you can feel it working. Will not go to bed with out it.
