I really love what this product does for my hair and skin, but this bottle I bought most recently with 120 tablets in it;- I bought the larger bottle because I thought it would last longer. Come to find out, this recommends that you take 6 a day! The bottle I previously bought only had 60 tablets in it, but you only needed to take 2 a day. I'm going to have to find that one again because I have no interest in taking 6 of these a day, everyday. If you don't mind taking so many tabs, then this is a great product. Thank you.

What's great about the product - Visible difference in skin & nails. Dry skin gradually became healthier. Has significantly helped with weight loss taken with the recommended vitamin. Decreased appetite. * Side effects: Do your research before ordering. I personally experience headaches on the recommended dosage. This is an extremely rare side effect. The product states it helps with joint and bone health I have not felt a difference, yet.

I take collagen powder now but from the same brand. I don't recommend the powder if you have a weak stomach but the product it's self is fantastic.
