MesoSilver is the only one that did not work to eliminate odors and did not work to eliminate infections and did not work to eliminate itching. I add a teaspoon of this in a netti pot with 4 teaspoons of Alkalol mint rinse and a saline packet in warm water. I cover one nostril, then tilt head down to one side, then have the netti pot in the other. This forces the solution all through the nasal passages and you have to spitting it out as it comes down the throat. Also helps flush debris from tonsils. Works out fine.
