I prefer supplements that are healthy; would avoid those which contain ingredients that are synthetic like this one. In addition, it contains artificial sweetening which the body cannot break down. This may cause alergic reactions. The Solgar methylcobalamin is not synthetic. Hopefully it does´nt contain aritificial sweetening.
