Long story short I've always been heavy. It never made much sense to me because I didn't eat a lot, worked out, and tried to eat healthy. I do not drink caffeine so I think that is what was making me sick**** You know how people say there isn't a magic diet pill. Well this is my magic diet pill and it has changed my health and my life!
