I bought this for me mate. He didn’t loose a ton of weight on this but he lost a little. Pros: he had lots of energy throughout the day, it also suppressed his appetite. Cons: It made him sweat profusely during a light workout, his temper was also heightened a little (But I’m sure this is different with everyone).
