Now I've been reading alot of the reviews and comments so This info is for YOU. orange juice and raw honey or whatever honey you want to use. It taste so much better. Now I'm just using orange only. But if you can't use orange juice you may have to use honey and water or ect. My kids love it surprisingly so I give it to all my family one teaspoon a day. I'll move to the 2 time a day in a couple of months from now. I hope this helped someone
