I have tried many hydration products, straight drinks, tablets, powders and gels. I like NUUN the best, it comes in an assortment of flavours and they are not over-sweet. If you like it a little sweeter use two tablets. It's really convenient and just all around a decent product. I drink it even when I am not working out.
