Amberen capsules are the perfect size to swallow. If you take as directed in the morning after your breakfast, I found it to be most effective for the entire day. I do not seem to have intense hot flashes, if any, and if I do get a hot flash its very mild. It also seems to curve my appetite. I still have my three meals but do not have the urge to do alot of snacking in between my meals.

This is a great product for beginners of menopause . I have been in menopause for yrs and have been on a natural hormone replacement program that I pay a lot for so I thought I would try this.
