I haven't used this product very much but it does not seem to give me the side effects as badly as the regular yohimbe does. I feel energetic but I cannot use the product to its full extent due to the fact that I suffer from high blood pressure as part of my Lupus me. I am very sensitive though and the product didn't cause me any issues. Great buy in my opinion!

I am 64 years old. Very powerful for me. One pill per day for me is too much. It can make me nauseated, increased heart rate ,and will cause sleeplessness.
