So I take it first thing in the AM and one at noon. It goes to work quickly, in minutes. It is good against toxic stress too. that is stress by toxins. Doctors and surgeons should use it for patients as it has protective properties against the toxicity of anasthetics and drugs. I find these tablets easy to swalow and much better than capsules. These prices are good but i wish it were even cheaper.
