The product itself is good - it does what it is supposed to do. The resaon I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hand-held design, even with a holding strap, makes it difficult to position and keep in place especially since the device should not be moved once positioned. This minor caveat does not affect the light therapy and that works very well.
