It's great that it's organic and it's the finest grain that I've ever had. However, it just didn't work for me. I used the same serving amount as I've used of the Now Foods brand and it didn't do anything for me, so it's a bummer. It could just be my own body's reaction and not the actual product, though. My body may just need the courser texture to receive the benefits of this product!
