Well the Natrol Melatonin Time Release worked pretty good the first two nights. That was it. After that I still couldn't fall asleep, which is my worst problem. Once I finally fall asleep at about 3:00 a.m. I stay asleep unless I have to get up to go to the bathroom, then it starts all over again. I really do not want to take prescription sleeping pills because the side effects scare me. But it looks like I might have to. I can't stand it anymore. I am still taking these pills (two pills - 6 mg.) but I don't know if I will purchase them again.
