It's definitely urethane with a nice gloss. Color match looks good. Surface must be scuffed dull (not shiny) to apply and stick. Universal Catalyst and thinner will make it apply even better

Bumper was as described, paint code matched exactly. The bumper arrived in perfect condition and was packaged great for such a high price item. The bumper was shipped out immediately as well. The only gripe I had that was no fault of the seller. RL Carriers delivered the bumper down the road to the wrong address and thankfully I saw the truck there or I’m not sure I would have ever gotten it.
