Norton has always proved reliable over the years so, of course I see no reason to switch to anything else. It has features that the others lack, Like constant updates to make sure it catches as many intrusions as possible. You also have a disk optimizer, cache cleaner, and a power eraser. There's also a choice between a quick scan and a deep scan, not to mention there's 5 licenses for that many devices. Not a bad package for the price, and it has caught at least 25-50 intrusions in the last 6 months. I had to buy it because It was included with my other provider, but I had to switch so....That's not the case anymore. If you need a good virus program with many good features , This is it.

Needed tech support to install. During install, tech said I needed additional software to be safe on the internet. He transferred me to another tech who tried to sell me a "Network Firewall". All during this time he was on remote access to my computer. After I told him I could not afford $200-$300 for what he was offering, we parted our connection (so thought) but after a few minutes, i saw him doing things on my screen which I did not understand because I thought we were disconnected. I use a cat 5 cable connection to my router & had disconnected it from the internet. I later realized unknown to me, he had switched my connection to wireless. I discovered this upon a Norton "Needs Reboot for changes to apply" message causing me to reboot by computer, I found he had added a "password needed" at startup which did not have or need to boot up my machine. I now can not use this computer & am trying to figure out if the states attorney general/consumer fraud division can do anything to help me with this mess. I'm a big fan of Norton security products and have never had a problem with them. My old subscription expired a few days ago so I bought this product and the installation was very easy. Perhaps the thing I'm most pleased with is the VPN service, I was using another one that cost more per year than this entire Norton security suite, it's very fast and easy to use.

THE BAD: Following the enclosed instructions causes a server error on Norton's sight repeatable. (won't accept product key) This is the first time I've ever had a problem with Norton.
