Other than leaking most of the water, it functions fairly well. If you don't mind a wet floor or soaked carpet, it might be fine.
I bought this item back in May 2018. I used it once and it leaks. Like, a LOT! Most of the water drained out in my carpet, which stayed wet for weeks. I poured water into it again recently, but did not turn it on. I set foot spa on a bath towel, and within 20 minutes the towel was getting soaked! Have no idea why it leaks water like this.

Keep expectations reasonable
In the past, having like a regular regime of a pedicure involving a commercial foot soak with powerful water jets, lots of bubbles and everything else....well, I might have set my goal kinda high here. Even though there was overall room for my feet, it became quickly apparent there wasn't much left over to adjust for comfort after all the little bumpy thingies start to feel bad. The rollers in the bottom were powerful and never quit, even with my applying more pressure than needed just to see if they would. That being said though, even after turning the roller action off, a short while of moving your foot from ankle touch to toe touch to each end suddenly made me wish they were removable about half way through. The bubble action is kinda weak, nothing really but then I'm comparing to the powerful jet action of a salon. The heater seemed to work, although shooting the water with my laser temperature gun produced a reading each time about 3-4 degrees warmer than the tub digital reading showed. I bought this because I wanted all the bells and whistles, and because of all the 4 star or better ratings throughout the interweb cyberworld. Again I'm likely being sorta harsh on the unit, so I'm going to give it 4 stars based on how much better my feet feel right now. I've never experienced any others but feel this is about right for the price range although if you want less features and just the basics, probably a $30 unit will do wut you want.Read full review

Great foot spa
I have now used this foot spa several times and I absolutely love it. I love the fact that I can add Epsom salt to the water if I want and won't damage it. It warms the water quickly and the massage roller are really nice. I am very happy I ended up buying this model, it was worth every penny.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he works over 10 hours a day on his feet and this unit helps alleviate the pain on his feet. Its easy to carry when its full of water. The water heats up extremely well, the unit is not that loud. He watches tv while soaking his feet. We are very happy with the purchase. Oh and item arrived before ship date too.
