I have used this product for a few months now. It is well-made, the heaviest person I've had on it was just a little over 200 lbs, and this chair is a ROCK of sturdiness. Big people will feel a little cramped, because I have not found a way (doubt that there is a way) to stretch it out. But it is comfortable, sturdy, well-made, and a great tool for massage.

The massage chair seat has a small, nail-head size hole in the vinyl, which clients sometimes try to wipe off, thinking it is dirt. Rather than get the seat vinyl redone (for $75), these covers do the job, and make the chair a touch more comfy. The leg and arm pieces fit the seat and chest well enough, so I use them there instead. They usually stay clean for about 10 people, however I do take a sticky lint roller to the fabric between clients, mainly to get any stray hairs off of the flannel. They are tough. I've been using them for months, washing with bleach and drying on normal heat. So far no signs of wear or pilling and the elastic is springy as new. My clients like the feel better than vinyl, and their skin doesn't stick. These covers make the chair look clean and professional. I am very pleased and will purchase more so I don't have to do laundry as often. Oh yeah, I use a fresh cotton face cradle cover for each chair client, so it was nice to get another one to add to my collection. Clients like the cotton MUCH better than the disposable face cradle covers that I had used for many years. Throwing them in the bleach load gets all the mascara and eyeliner out.Read full review
