This particular book was mentioned in conversation with a group of investing in real estate tax liens students. I ordered the book and received in about a week. The book makes for easy reading. It teaches like a textbook, but the information comes across in a very pleasant almost leisurely manner. Maybe it's because the writer is writing about his own experience. I use the book as a supplement and quick reference as opposed to searching through my big tax lien binders. I enjoy the book. I have no complaints. Myrtle
