Believe me, you will NOT be disappointed if you buy this amp!(I bought another one after hearing what one can do!) Puts out nice and clean bass....you get some very nice low rumbling. The bass is clean, not muggy. No distortion on high volumes. It responds well. When no signal is sent to it, it shuts off automatically like it should--comes on when it should. Plan and simple---it does its job very well! Nice looking black cabinet does not overpower the room. All of my speakers are Sonys except for center channel and that's changing soon! Sony does a good job with their speakers. ....johnny
Killer affordable Sony quality powered 12" sub, vented in back. Works great in the corner of a room, 18" away from both walls. Just makes the whole room rumble. Placement is very impressive as low frequencies are non directional. If u can find one under $150, buy it.

This subwoofer puts out alot of power. The speeker is larger than i thought, but worth the extra size. I would recommend to anyone in the future.
