One of the few well researched ingredients out there for improving endurance and VO2max. There is a loading phase of 28 grams, and then only 1 gram a day is needed per the research summary. So I used 2g x 2 a day for a week and then dropped to 1 serving a day ( I am about 280lbs). I would say if you are looking for that last little boost, or need to get back in shape and hit a wall this could be a great addition to any smoothie, yogurt, coffee, or however you like to use it.
