I started this in october 2018. At first it mads me a bit gassy & my stomach hurt a little. After a few days my body got used to it and after exactly 22 of taking this (I mix it in my protein shake) my previously thinning hair line is started to fill in. I’ve been using this product since November 2018 and I ordered the second container. I noticed some improvements in my skin; and my hair is shedding less! Energy is going up a bit!
