Easy to use with simple instructions. Not sure of durability yet, because I just got it a couple of weeks ago. My dentist urged me to purchase this brand. You can tell the difference immediately, as it cleans very well. The flossing is particularly good because my arthritic hands preclude the continued use of the traditional dental floss.

The toothbrush seems to clean okay but not as well as the old style. The flosser is better than nothing but not much. You cannot replace the brush on the stand without using two hands as the connector wads up and is difficult to get in place. This is the most annoying thing of all and actually makes me not want to use the hateful thing.

I would prefer the brush was a little larger, and it would be great if it rotated. Love the brush and floss feature, although for me I still have to use my dental tool, but that's just because of old teeth :) The flossing water stream does get to the small seeds etc.

I really like this product and it’s easy to use and clean. The brushing head tickles my gums a bit and the replacement heads are rather expensive, but, all-in-all, it’s a handy way to keep your teeth and gums clean and healthy.

It's nice to have it all in one appliance but... the hose storage is awkward. To replace the brush back on the charger you must be careful to be sure the waterpic hose is coiled just right. Also when I'm running late I like to be able to walk around while brushing my teeth. If the waterpic hose could be disconnected when not in use that would be a design improvement.
