Gaia herbs is one of the best herbal companies in the world. I used to think I was allergic to valerian until I took the Gaia version. This company does such a good job processing their products, I had no reaction to the valerian! I take the Turmeric Supreme Pain nearly daily with no ill effects and a great release from pain! Turmeric is a fantastic herb on many levels; strongly anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory . . . In short, EVERYONE should ingest turmeric. My daughter has been complaining of pain for a couple of years. She has Carpal Tunnel in both wrists. Wears the wrist braces. So I did some research and heard about this particular mixture; Black Pepper Supercritical Extract, Devils Claw, Feverfew, Ginger, Jamaican Dogwood, Rosemary, Turmeric and Wild Lettuce. While they all are important components, I was on the hunt for a mix that included Devils Claw, Ginger and Tumeric. So my daughter's pain on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the worst) was a "7" before taking this product. Having just finished one bottle of 60 capsules, 2 caps 3 times a day, her pain is now a "2". She is allergic to Ibuprofen, and before this product she would take Tylenol extra strength. It did not dull her pain, keeping her at a "7". I highly recommend giving this product a shot!
