We have used these for the last several years, and are happy that they are lightweight, can go on an airplane, are allowed to be used in museums, and can serve both as a cane and a seat. The only downside is that the screws do come loose after a while, and the rubber tips crack with use. But, we are on our second set, because compared to other portable cane seats we've seen, we still find these extremely useful. If a person has problems standing for a long time, walking a long distance without a break, or needs a cane for a bit of added support, this is a very good option. We've even purchased one as a gift for a friend.

This is the best "cane" I've ever had. I made a slight modification by adding a loose hook to hold it partially open to be able to use it as a 4 legged cane and easily disconnect to open completely to a "chair". It's a very welcome cane on long walks as I can take a break as needed to sit.

This is very light and easy to maneuver. I am short, so when I walk, I use the lower handle. The seat is very sturdy.
